Conflict drains individual and organizational energy and takes it away from productive work. Within the Genuine Contact™ Program we work with conflict from the perspective that underneath all diversity, humans have some things in common, some universal needs and understandings.
This 2 day experiential training will deepen your knowledge and your skills to assist organizations and companies to work with conflict and develop your capacity to facilitate and navigate with conflict.
