- a kick-off session to get you started
- a 3-hour interactive workshop (individual or group)
- a follow-up coaching session (1 hour) to support implementation
Ongoing support throughout your journey
A dedicated communication channel (e.g. WhatsApp) where you can ask questions, share reflections, and stay connected during the programme.
Learn by observing real practice
Opportunity to join as an observer in both online and if possible in-person meetings—offering valuable insight into how the methods are applied in real situations.

In collaboration with the Genuine Contact organization, you are invited to join an annual online mentor circle—supporting deeper learning and long-term development.
