Powerful leadership is a key to creating success and health in an organization. Leadership can always be developed and strengthened among formal managers both individually and in the management team. Leadership can also be attracted and strengthened on all levels in the organization.
We offer support to develop your leadership through:
- Individual mentoring/coaching for leaders. This can be a number of conversations where the leader gets to work with and reflect on her/his role as well as feelings and behaviors. There is a focus on the leadership role but can also be about personal development as a basis for developing powerful leadership.
- Development programs for management teams are tailored to current needs. Normally, the program is based on three perspectives: Individual, team perspective and organizational perspective. We use methods and tools from The Genuine Contact Program, supplemented with other tools and methods when appropriate.
- Mentoring circles for leaders is an effective way of working that aims to give leaders a forum for continuous learning and development. After an initial development process and competence transfer, the mentoring circle is preferably supervised internally.
- Business development that invites leadership throughout your organization. This is about unleashing the leadership, in the form of commitment and willingness to take responsibility, that is already there but perhaps dormant.
