The Genuine Contact™ program – a holistic path to organizational success
The program is a vehicle to build skills and abilities within your organization, to work with change. It is intended to keep the involvement of external consultants to a minimum by building capacity internally and providing mentorship. In this way, the change process is led from within the organization, when a conscious learning organization develops.
The Genuine Contact program benefits organizations and the people within organizations, by providing effective and timely ways to bring out the genuine issues and the real solutions for sustainable and healthy growth. The solutions come from the collective knowledge of the people in the organization and by releasing the commitment needed for implementation.
Once the components of the program are implemented, all parts of the organization have the necessary tools to identify problems, find the solutions, and to communicate the results to the rest of the organization. This will provide support and eagerness for change instead of resistance based on fears.
Health and balance is a prerequisite for organizations and people to be able to work effectively and develop in a rapidly changing world. The code for health and balance already exists but needs to be rediscovered. This requires profound change that can only be made from within the organization (or individual).
Opportunities for reflection and joint learning is built into the work pattern – a holistic view is developed in the organization. Employees are given the space to take their own initiatives and take more responsibility. They build the ability to work in change. Everyone’s equal value is recognized and space is created for genuine meetings, in everyday life. When all parts of the organization work together, the business becomes efficient and resultoriented.
The Genuine Contact program was developed by Birgitt and Ward Williams, Dalar International. Linked to the program is a network for mentorship, where individuals and organizations can learn from each other. We offer the program’s trainings: Three basic workshops, four parts for competence development and the authorization course, as public trainings as well as internally in your organization.
