The Genuine Contact™ program – a holistic path to lasting success for your business
The program builds skills and ability within an organization, to work with change. It is intended to keep the involvement of external consultants to a minimum by building capacity internally and providing mentoring. In this way, the change work is led from within the organization when a conscious learning organization is developed.
The Genuine Contact program benefits organizations and the people in organizations, by providing effective and fast tools to bring out the genuine issues and the real solutions for sustainable and healthy growth. The solutions come from the collective knowledge of the people in the organization and by releasing the commitment needed for implementation.
Once the components of the program have been transferred, all parts of the organization have the necessary tools to identify problems, find solutions and to communicate the results to the rest of the organization. This will provide support and enthusiasm for change instead of resistance based on fear.
Health and balance are a prerequisite for organizations and people to be able to work effectively and develop in a rapidly changing environment. The code for health and balance already exists but needs to be rediscovered. This requires profound change that can only be made from within the organization (or the individual).
The opportunities for reflection and joint learning are built into the work pattern – a holistic view is developed in the organization. The employees are given skills and space to take their own initiative and responsibility while working in a changing environment. Everyone’s equal value is recognized and space is created for genuine meetings in everyday life. All parts of the organization work together and we become efficient and result-oriented.

The Genuine Contact program has been developed by Birgitt and Ward Williams, Dalar International. Linked to the program is a mentoring network, where individuals and organizations can learn from each other. We offer the different trainings of the program: Three basic workshops, four parts for competence development and the authorization course, as public trainings as well as internally in your organization.
