Genuin Contact in a distance meeting – is that really possible?

Yesterday we had our follow-up meeting after the facilitator training we organized in Amsterdam in February this year (Whole Person Process Facilitation, WPPF). We shared stories of our experiences, reflected on how the learning from the training had been used (qualitative impact evaluation) and then opened space to explore issues and opportunities for working with Whole Person Process Facilitation, into the future.

It can be very powerful to meet in a circle on distance. With good facilitation it has the potential of being a meeting with lots of spirit, bringing people into genuine contact with themselves and each other. We are each on an individual learning journey and also a collective one where we can support each other to bring the Genuine Contact approach to organizational life around the world.

Thanks my friends for being on the journey with me. I am amazed!
